Fairway Government & Fiscal Responsibility by Dr. Michael Tansey
Dr. Tansey is a Fairway resident of 12 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He served for three years as a member of the Cost of Living Council under President Nixon. He is currently serving on the Staff and Faculty of Rockhurst University, where he teaches Economics in their MBS program.
Jim Poplinger: Rebuttal of John St. Clair - The Stormwater Tax
Mayor St. Clair claims that the bridge and stormwater projects were built without an increase in taxes. Jim Poplinger, Ward 1 Council Member shows this is not quite accurate.
